I can quite see that black men can do all those .. a Catalogue of these men's brutality.' On black men their (perceived) role and comportement ... 'White men, as I have observed are actually not wanting to be white _It's got to be exhausting ! (Gulp) laughter  .. flexing your muscles And conquering the world 'And smiling.'   Laughter 'And you know, it wears white people out.'                                                  What the question really means, is how shall we alter ...  'the American model'. So that both the black man and the white man can be free.That is what the question means.'  Sits down.  

Cities are not built for money and to make a few people rich. (Schooling and community, and their financing) 
And if we are going to deal with that, we have to go thére.' Community and the Republic and their diverging interests: 'Because the community has always been at war wit the Republic' 

In the meantime it is no good to be upset with the black community. 

"On Exile": 'I grew up in Paris and now i came back  .. 'I staid long enough to grow up'   ...  'I knew that one time Tuesday, someone was going to have called me once too often, once too often 'nigger. And someone was going to die. (On the reasons why Paris and France in 1948) '...  and i didn't care which one of us it was ... i didn't know what was going to happen to me in Paris, But i knéw what was going to happen to me here.  

It wasn't born in America, it was brought here. (white suppremacy; connected 'things' --- and 'the social fabric')...  And now it's come to Europe, and the same thing is going on in the European cities as is going on in the American cities. And for the same reason.  

...'teach them or raise' on children  and 'contrary to their elders, children are not easily fooled'
